Since when did Hillary elect herself as making the rules for what the deciding number of votes should be ......and, why are her rules even being enertained? She clearly agreed with the rules for both the states of Florida and Michigan at the beginning of the election. I can't believe she has the audacity to to beleive that she can change the rules in the middle of the game. No. My mistake......at the end of the game!

Why is it that the party that claims to fight so hard to assure that no voter is disenfranchised would rather enforce a purely political rule, which is in effect only to stroke the ego of certain states, to disenfranchise every voter from two states. Can we say HIPOCRACY?
