A decisive victory by Barack Obama in North Carolina after the most challenging, some would say relentless, weeks of the campaign. We offer the following specials for all of our guests who counted him out.

1. Crow confit

2. Crow a' l'orange

3. Crow Cordon Bleu

4. Kentucky Fried Crow (all white meat at an extra charge)

5. McCain over Rice

6. Crow with sour grapes pico de gallo

7. Cream chipped crow on toast

8. Crow-quettes

9. Peking Crow (for our bond traders)

And the chef's special creation

10. General Tso's Crow.

state, and so who's supposed to be eating all that crow?
oh dear - you really are clueless

Illinois is not Indiana. I know they both begin with the letter I, but you can look it up. Illinois is Obama's "home state."

When I predicted Barack would win North Carolina by 2. A mere typo. Yeah, that's it.
I thought it was Indonesia. eom.

He was born in Hawaii.
by catnapping

He's an American, remember?

btw, I'd need to look it up, but didn't he get something like ¾ of the Hawaii vote?

I seem to remember he did better there than in Illinois...
So, "all of our guests who counted him out"

in NC would be who, now, exactly (please be specific -- can you name even one)?

If you can, Chez Corbeille apparently caters to an extremely clueless clientele.

P.S. "at Chez" is redundant.

Re: Illinois was February 5th.
by DragonTat2

If you're talking about his current home state of Illinois, where he is a Senator, Obama took 65% of the votes, Clinton took 33%. Edwards was a distant 3rd with 2%. Again, that was February 5th.

His birth state of Hawaii had their primary February 19th, where Obama took 76% of the vote to Clinton's 24%.

Indiana is still counting, the race is very tight, but it looks like Clinton just might take it. We'll see soon enough.

The Democrats' best shot is a heart attack.
McCain's is Panama

...perhaps that's who you were thinking of?

On whose part? McCain stands NO chance of beating EITHER Dem in November, unless Hillary scortches the earth so violently in taking the nomination that Obama supporters stay away in droves. And I don't see that happening.

Notice Dem turnout numbers during primary season at all? Should scare the pants off of Repubs and the Right. They really should.

Downer, man.

I say that'll be the October surprise.
what do you care as long as i pick up the tab?
