either, let the punishment fit the crime(i hear Big Bubba is lonely these days), or everyone gets taken out back and shot. the family is charged for the bullet. it's not cruel or unusual as we've been killing ppl with guns and bullets for a VERY long time. it's quick. it's also a lil messy, but nothing a biological cleanup company can't handle.

to ease the minds of those who are afraid innocent ppl will be punished for crimes they didn't commit, everyone has a year to fight their sentence. if they die after that year, sucks to be them. and to get even more technical about it so you can sleep at night: think of it as getting them for the crimes they got away with.

if we make the punishments more well known, it would deter ppl from the crime. or at least get better at getting away with it. either way, it's a start to a more meaningful dialoge and workable solution. which is better than what we've got going on now!

and when it comes to rape, don't we all agree that capital punishment is best? i mean, you WOULD NOT want the family and friends of the victim, or the victims themselves the chance of carrying out justice/revenge? ooooooooooor, we could let that happen. sure it would lead to anarchy and ppl getting better at being criminals, but in the backs of even the sickest mind, getting caught and punished by those closest to the victim is NOT something they want to do. and if they do, then they deserve what's coming to them.

at least, i know i can rest easy knowing that rapists of ANY kind don't fare well in the general population. for now, i guess it's the best way to, "let the gods sort 'em out."
