Does Mutnemom not suggest Senility?

The title pretty much explains itself. If she's not a blatant liar and is simply recounting a story that only exists in her psyche, does that not suggest that maybe she is not mentally fit or stable enough to hold office? Do bouts of crying and chronic mis-memory suggest a deeper possibly psychological issue? I'm not a psychologist, but the implications are amusing if not interesting.

No, she is just a liar. Sometimes the simple explaination is the correct one. The sky is blue, grass is green, dogs bark, cats meow, and Clinton's lie.
