Sorry folks. Humans are not menat to be vegetarians, and for many of the Peta folk here, this message is sad. Humans are waht we are BECAUSE we ate meat - it's part of the evolutionary process, and the reason that we evolved to what we are.

Read some scientific literature and find out for yourselves. The incorporation of large amounts of fat and animal protein into the proto-human diet accelerated the development of the human brain, e.g., that which makes us human.

So was living in caves, surviving the last Ice Age, dressing in unprocessed animal skins, committing genocide against the Neandrathals, and beating each other over the head with clubs. So what? Test tube meat is a form of genuine progress if it will be cheaper, healthier, and less polluting, not to mention more humane. That's why genuine food scientists have been working on it for years, long before PETA came up with the idea of offering a million dollars reward. I would be the first to buy this product after it has been proven safe.

If you had read any scientific literature, you would know that people who eat a vegetarian diet are consistently healthier and longer lived.
