Obama and Wright
by onefreakinword
How is anything Wright has said in the last few days different from what he's been preaching for the last twenty years? And, how is anything Obama says now about Wright's beliefs anything other than covering his a$$? If Obama really believed the words he's saying now in his attempt to save his campaign, he would have said them years ago. The truth is, when he needed Wright and his church for his political ambitions, he was just fine with his mentor's views. Now that he's running for president, he has come to realize that the black vote is not enough for him to win and he actually needs the white vote, but surprise, whites don't like being hated for their skin color, either. So now, Wright is an embarrassment to him, and for the sake of his political ambitions, Obama has publicly turned on him. Whether this split is authentic or is just playacting to repair some of the damage done, is irrelevant. What is relevant is that Obama says and does what he thinks will get him the votes. Who is he really? Is he as dangerous a radical as he appears to be? Who would he surround himself with should this country be foolish enough to elect him?

Of course, you are an expert in that church since you attend it don't you? You also seem to understand Obama perfectly, it appears he is a liar according to your inside information.

@ onefreakinword:

"Who is [Barack Obama] really?"

Read David Mendell's book "Obama - From Promise to Power". As a journalist with the Chicago Tribune, Mendell is in a position to know.

"Is [Barack Obama] as dangerous a radical as he appears to be?"

Calling Barack Obama a dangerous radical doesn't make it so. Absent any supporting evidence, it sounds like a drive-by smear.

Obama 08!
