For over 20 years they had a Shakespeare Company which had originally rescued the estate and brought in the restoration people. The restoration folk decided that the this muti-use was not proper, threw out the Shakespeare Company and destroyed an immensely wonderful outdoor theater.

At the time I wondered if they really believed that they could manage things financially without an additional use for the estate. It seemed crazy.

I am sorry for the lovely house but NOT for the nasty people. Too bad they cannot undo the eviction.
