'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' dares to be insightful as well as funny. Too bad Sarah didn't ask Steve to go to couple's therapy together instead of going it alone, effective communication sooner may have saved their relationship. Who knows.

I truly loved his coffee mug with the (formerly) happy couple's mugs on it. I had two just like it, one for me and one for her (my ex-girlfriend and of course it displayed our own hand-holding selves on it). She told me that she thought it was 'too big'. She never said that to me before.

A recent news blurb claimed that men are more forgetful than are women. I believe this is best explained by co-evolution, women tell lies and men forget. At least until they can't anymore.

You haven't seen this story in another film already. That's reason enough to go.
