Have you ever noted that when a man wants to get a laugh, he will put on a dress; when a woman wishes to be taken seriously, she will put on a man’s uniform? My, my, what does that tell us?

Benny Hill? Ah, yes, right. Actually, where I am from it’s the Sugar Bateman Show, with dear old Sug entertaining the unwashed by putting on the dress and advertising cigarettes. Droll, absurd of course. It is odd though, is it not, that a man acting feminine, can get a laugh while a woman hitting a target from 2,000 yards, barking commands, having simply dreadful tattoos on her brawny arms, gets herself admired all over American television, but is never laughed at. Odd, men so want women, and yet, at the core, find femininity a rather poor joke. Remarkable, is it not?
