poor, poor mother-in-law
by lotus

The emphasis on color adj. crack me up! "champagne, sage, chocolate, pale, robin-egg"... and how dare her precrastinate till a whole two weeks before the wedding.

Would be funny if when the 59 days arrive, the bride ends up not fitting into her wedding dress because of her inflated ego.

It's also ridiculous because the bride has no color scheme going here. Since when did champagne, sage green, and pale pink ever go together? It already sounds like a rainbow at this wedding - she might as well let the mother in law pick her own color too.

And don't forget the chocolate brown! Now that color really ties the scheme together. LOL!

I'm picturing brown (or pink or champagne) satin on a girl who's gained/not lost the planned amount of weight---can you say "visible thong line"? I knew you could.

This little bridezilla has no idea what will go wrong on Her Big Day (there's ALWAYS something you can't plan for) and when she looks back on this mini-tantrum she will (or should be) amazed at how silly she was.

Shoot, my father and I nearly broke into a food fight at my wedding... the little skewered chicken thingies were almost too tempting to resist! I have a great picture the photograher caught of us squaring off.

That marriage didn't last, but the memories of a good time with family certainly have. Sometimes, that's all you have left of a wedding after the marriage has crumbled (in my case blessedly) into dust.
