Whatever HRC's plans for the future, she has a lot to answer for if she has, indeed, done irreparable damage to the Democrat's chances.
Both candidates have made their 'gaffes' (his are more subjective, IMHO) or had to address guilt-by-association issues. Obama has at least made serious effort to explain himself - at no small risk, moreover; Clinton laughs, stalls, stonewalls or flat-out refuses to qualify when she does finally provide superficial, or affronted response.
I have a lot of respect for the intentions she ardently avows for her presidency and the good she wishes to accomplish (much less so for her personally, in view of how she has conducted herself thus far).
But if the Clinton machine ends up leaving the last Democrat standing (presumably Obama) bloodied, burnt, and unable to rise from the ashes (and the 2-on-1 bullying seems almost pathological, now) what of any of that good will be accomplished?
