Why does the graphic show 11.9% while the first paragraph says 8.8%? Shouldn't these numbers agree?

Actually, the numbers have been alternating at random. Some weird effect due to quantum uncertainty, I suppose. The disturbing implication is that Hillary Clinton's chances of being nominated cannot go to zero. How does she do that?

SNL's take on it was priceless, with "Hillary" vowing to fight on past Obama's inauguration. I don't doubt it.
