Obama and the Rev. Wright
by John Hilferty
After examination all the rhetoric, the accusations and excuses concerning the true relationship of Barack Obama and the Rev. Jerimiah Wright, at the very least, Obama must be judged as a fool, and treated by the electorate accordingly.

Please kill and sub this for the previous message, which contained two bad typos: After examination of all the rhetoric, the accusations and excuses concerning the true relationship of Barack Obama and the Rev. Yo John,

You think Slate employs editors who will spring to your assistance and edit your text for you?

Do you think this maybe cuts into the value of this pompous little bit of throat-clearing?

Judged as a fool ,indeed.

@ John Hilferty:

And have you examined a representative sample of Rev. Jeremiah Wright's rhetoric? Here is a ten minute video of one of those "incendiary" sermons. Taken in context, you might not even notice the ten second "gotcha" soundbite.

John, you Republicans are going to have to do much better than that. In case you missed it, the RNC ran those little ads recently, and they still lost their seats in Congress.

Get some new material, that isn't playing.
