Long Live Disney
by bridge2268p
Uh, who is this moron who wrote this article? Sure, it's commercialism at its worst. It's more expensive than the Hope Diamond. It's crowded and corny and absolutely wonderful! My daughter, age 25 and myself, age 53, try to go every other year. (That's where the expensive part comes in - we really have to work hard to save up for the trip) But it's non-stop giggling, stomach churning delight (yes, the Tower of Terror is our favorite ride, or maybe it's the Aerosmith Rock 'n Roller Coaster). We personally feel, though, that Disney is definitely not for kids and wish all those well-meaning parents would find some other place to take their offspring until they are old enough to truly appreciate all that Disney has to offer. I hope the next time you visit, you'll see it through "real" eyes, and not a journalist's eyes.

Perhaps I have an idealist's view of journalism but I don't really think he saw it from a journalist's perspective. I was always taught that journalism was suppose to be factual and as unbiased as possible. He included very little more then an editorial full of personal philosophy and opinions. This would be a terrible source for someone who has never been to Disney World. Instead of a journalist's eyes, I sensed more of a spoiled child's eyes.
