I find it very puzzling that an Obama surrogate's comparison of Bill Clinton with McCarthy is getting more media attention than a Clinton surrogate's comparison of Bill Richardson with Judas! While in some circles, I suppose, the former might be more despised than the latter, if you want hyperbolic invective, I think a comparison with Judas is one of the classics, perhaps coming in second to Hitler in a modern context.

Sure, Obama has gotten a free ride from the media in many respects. However, stuff like this causes me to think that the Clintons have also benefited from a certain amount of blind-eye-turning.
