Carly is very good at marketing. In particular, Carly is good at marketing Carly. Always has been.

She's positioned herself well. Most other high-tech executives are Democrats, so there's an opening for one in the GOP. Never mind that she nearly destroyed one of the greatest corporations in America. She must be "hypercompetent" because she's been around a while. Something like another overhyped blond we know.

See the post directly below yours, where it is pointed out that Carly was a disaster at HP. [And yet she walked away with a golden parachute worth some $24 million. Nice work if you can get it.]

My sister worked closely with Carly at HP. She says if Carly is the VP on McCain's ticket, you can count on the votes of almost 100 thousand HP employees...in the Obama column.

The more I see of her the more I like her. She did represent McCain well on ABC but I will have to find out more details before I think of her as VP material.
