Time heals all wounds. Besides, what old man wants to spend his last days strapped into his wheelchair, staring out the window of his nursing home for hours on end with a full diaper(because he's being neglected by the staff) and only dwelling on the BAD things that has happened in his life? Focus on the good stuff....and if there isn't enough of it, make some up.

To answer your question, I totally forgive and forget. It comes down to how much a dig this girl. If that's affirmative, all cases will be inherently handled. If some cases aren't handled by that, then it's inherently negative.

LOL, what a cry baby. I got 6 or 7 minus ratings on my very first post. So what? Rating option is for everyone visiting the board. The brainless or the brainiest. But it doesnt authenticate the one giving out negative ratings are the smartest ones around so stop crying, awright? LOL.

I have never given out any negative ratings to any poster. Not even Moohammed. LOL.

And I do not have this habit of using a different, not-so-known nick for that pupose either as some of the posters do cz they too timid to express using their real nick. Though, I have no idea which post of your met that fate of negative rating as havent been on DP for a while to read any postings. But you cant make everyone happy so chill out.

Re: your quetion. It depends on the person & the good times, like, how much special he/she is and whether the good times were too special to weigh out the negativity.

Someone by the name of Kit-Kat gave me a negative rating earlier today - yes, it's true, i wouldn't lie to you - and already my mind is consumed with hatred and revenge fantasies, mostly involving sharks, all of which has totally ruined my Fray experience.

So, my question is this : if you were in a relationship and the time spent with that person was 80 or 90 % wonderful and filled with happy memories, but they betrayed you or upset you greatly at the end of the relationship, would that disappointment cast a pall over all your memories of that person or could you still remember the happy times fondly and blot out the painful bits ?

(I'm going to bed now btw. The ladies may be interested to know that it's too hot for me to wear my Go, Diego, Go jammies and that i'm stripped down to my boxers). I find these little personal details add an extra dimension to the whole Fray experience.

Yes, and while you're young and cute don't be in every picture with them. Get some solo shots so you can remember the time your flesh was taut.

Having slept on the matter, i think the key thing is, when you're young and on vacation with your partner, is to not include your partner in every photo. That way you can still remember the fantastic scenery without all the unpleasant associations.
