Was it never linked to an article?  If so, was the article so bland that it failed to inspire anyone to write a post?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or did Slate create the board with grand intentions, but never followed through leaving this board behind as testament to their poor planning?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for me, I wandered in here intrigued by the name.  The 10% solution?  Whatever could that represent?  &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyway, I'm writing this post as an experiment, just to see how many people let their curiosity get the better of themselves.&lt;/P&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
