Well, there's still Putin. Remember, Bush looked into his heart and saw that he was committed to democracy.

Then there are all those leaders who are thriled with Bush's foreign policy, like Iran's "I'm a dinner a jacket" and bin Laden. They're still around. Oh, and let's not forget the King of Saudi Arabia. He's a got a great record on human rights. It's been nearly a month since a woman was beheaded there for witchcraft. Maybe Bush will pose for another photo holding hands with him.

Many a truth is told in jest. Obama will be relieved most of the world leaders most outraged by the Bush foreign policy are no longer around to have their "asses kissed" (Jacques, Gerhard, Jiang, Saddam...)
