So, you are going to address this issue by going behind their back? &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I've dealt with micro-managers and even been fired by one (I finally snapped) and through it all learned this.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Suck it up, quit or try to transfer inside the company. It's an unwinnable battle. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Management will back their own (I have yet to ever see the top down view of somebody equal the bottom up view), you'll be labeled as a malcontent and your boss will hate you.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
