Racial Marxists, like Obama (and the aforementioned “Civil Rights” leaders) use race and gender as proxies for the victimization class to promote economic envy, class warfare and racial hatred in order to facilitate their progressive redistribution schemes.

Because oppressed Jews do well economically and are relatively well educated, their vicious hate-filled "racial Marxist" dogma has been proven to be as false.

If oppressed Jews (the most oppressed people in world history) don’t need affirmative action, then their entire racial Marxist ideology is as incorrect as their false Marxist Messiah, Obama.

Marxism can be summed up in only a couple of phrases, "class struggle" and "victims vs. oppressors." Obama is clearly not interested in the ideas of Milton Friedman and Adam Smith. Those who support “equality of outcome” are, in fact, “racial Marxists” and are factually part of the most murderous ideology in all of human history! As non-racists, we support “diversity of outcome,” because we support absolute individual liberty for all, where people are free to succeed and fail.

It is irrational to create an “hierarchy of victimization” where groups are ranked according to “oppressor/victimization” status, because all groups have both oppressors and victims in their histories. For example, Jared Diamond’s, “Guns, Germs and Steel: The Fates of Human Societies,” in the Chapter titled, “How Africa Became Black,” concludes that black-skinned Africans hunted the reddish-skinned Bushmen to near genocidal extinction. So, even victimized black Africans are the oppressors of reddish-skinned Bushmen.

We argue that all laws should be enforced equally; no ethnic group is above the law; and no one should have special victim status protections.

The conservatives on the Roberts Court are channeling Justice Joseph P. Bradley’s infamously rascist Supreme Court decision in the Civil Rights Cases, 109 U.S. 3 (1883)—invalidating post-civil war laws protecting newly freed slaves from continued domination by whites—that African Americans should cease being “the special favorites of the law.”

While the reactionary conservative backlash had begun under the Berger Court in the mid-to-late 1970’s, and had reached an uneasy state of equilibrium under Rehnquist, it has now finally reached fruition under the Roberts Court’s conservative majority, which has been aided by the right’s successful campaign of securing mostly conservative judges appointed to the lower federal courts since Reagan in the 1980s.

This “new” conservative era is akin to the post-civil war period when the federal judiciary had critically undermined the Civil War Amendments’ (the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments ) promise of ending racial domination with decisions typified by the infamous Plessy v. Ferguson, causing African-Americans to continue to remain in a legally-sanctioned state of subjugation for nearly 100 years after the end of slavery. What underlies both the old and new Plessy judicial eras is a whitewashing of the long history of racial subjugation of African-Americans and an undying denial that institutionalized racism is still pervasive in American society. In this context, the judiciary’s current role—like that after the Civil War—is to roll back what is perceived to be overly expansive civil rights remedial actions.

What is happening now on the Court is part of the larger reactionary conservative movement that has sought to dismantle the fundamental changes made by and flowing from the New Deal, the Great Society, and the civil rights movement—changes that have made this nation much more fairer, inclusive, and just. The goal of this conservative counter-revolution is to have society revert back to some fictionalized notions of “traditional” values that existed before the New Deal--typified by the oppressive19th Century laissez-faire economic, political and social order.

While Reagan and Bush I & II had largely failed to accomplish this attack through executive power, and Gingrich through legislative power, the Rehnquist and now the Roberts Courts have increasingly succeeded through judicial power.
