The experience of walking around the Mall is marred by the gravel walking paths, now gravel and pebbles fall incessantly into these dozens of reflecting pools.  &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Speaking of the pools, DC gets pretty cold in winter.  What happens when all those gurgling diffusion pools freeze over?&lt;/P&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
