If she had, she would have learned that in fact the Florida Bar, which is the weirdest state bar ever, has been sued by me in US District Court, case no. 08-20565 for its wholesale violation of the speech rights no just of me but of other attorneys.

He's a liberal; I'm a conservative. The Bar is out to shut down anyone critical of any judge anywhere.

This violates the US Supreme Court ruling in Keller v. State Bar of California.

It's fascinating that this reporter was allegedly with ABC News, which featured me on Nightline recently and did a wonderful job in doing so. I guess she forgot her journalistic skills when she left ABC.
