Well, that says all you need to know abut this years Wire TV Club! The second season is FANTASTIC. It takes a while to adjust to, but in the end -- in my mind -- it's more complete a narrative than the first or third seasons (the fourth stands alone). It's also much better on a second viewing, and no doubt "Jeff" and "David" have only seen the show once -- or else it would cut into the time they need to act superior about other things they know nothing about!
