It was the hanging chads of Florida and the Supreme court who decided to put GWBush II in the White House. Don't ever think that the American people were not clear about who was the best candidate - despite how the media and the GOP had tried to muddy the waters with all kinds of useless taxpayer funded scandals during the Clinton years. We the people spoke but the GOP's fight out of a play book that always seems to take the Dem by surprise.
