Thank you to Troy Patterson and all the other talking head pundit goons for sending me off to one of the most unpleasant cinematic endings I have ever experienced as an American moviegoer. Yes, I'm referring to my nasty little No Country for Old Dudes experience the other night. What a depressing load of dry country depression! Hey, lovers of this film, life is much better than this. Oh, and hey also, cultists of the psychopathic, ooo, scary guy here, monster movie, Omen V: B-a-d M-o-v-i-e. No soul. Triumph of evil. Also, haven't you heard: Hitler lost. Love loses battles right and left but we all sense, deep down, that again and again, it does win the war. My advice: avoid this movie at all costs and two: have faith. It's OK to show evil if you show the VALUE in losing to it. It's OK to show evil if you leave us with hope. Otherwise you are just drumming up fear and adding to the panic. Coen Brothers and their apologists: go home and re-think your lives.
