A wonderful post. I’ve often wondered how prosecutors who present so-called expert testimony that they know is probably false or is of questionable accuracy never face ethics charges, however clear it later becomes that they knew they were presenting testimony that probably was false.

I’ve also wondered why these false experts aren’t charged with perjury.
