It's funny, but...
by lucidbunny

At the end of this piece, it's supposed to be a stab at the younger voters for not standing by Barack Obama unconditionally. But, isn't unconditional devotion to someone like a presidential candidate a little scary? Haven't the "Gen X ers" learned well enough in the last eight years that you have to be careful whom you trust and elect in office (assuming they didn't rig Florida, but hey...) So now there's this slick, smooth-talker who is riling people up about changes to make America better, but how do we know we can trust this guy?

Whoever wrote this pile, with its scathing raps on the heads of younger voters, needs to rethink his own outlook. And as for the Obamamaniacs that are perhaps seeing a bit of disillusionment at the end of the tunnel, maybe it's better that is happens now, rather than when he's elected and doesn't get a damned thing done.

I would liken Obama fanaticism perhaps to rushing out and buying an XBox 360 and the HDDVD player for it without doing the research and realizing that the HDDVD technology is dying. Instead, said moron(s) should stop and do the actual research instead of just being sold on it.

So don't vote Barack until you do some real life research, and buy a PS3. Wait, forget that last. Unless you research it and decide that the PS3 is the way to go.
