WHY is that 'scary'? Are many of the mentally ill actively seeking guns? Did either of the recent two school shooters have a mental illness that would've precluded them getting their weapons legally?

If you ask me, anyone wanting a tool whose only function is to KILL A HUMAN BEING is actively demonstrating mental defect.
