You mention a real problem with new ideas. Yes, it is human nature to resist change to world view and wait for a preponderance of evidence before rewriting the text books. It's hard for new ideas to gain a foothold. That it a good and a bad thing. Chaos and confusion are kept in check but creativity can be stifled ... for a time.

Trouble is, these are hardly new ideas, or even really ideas. AiG journal (as opposed to the slick and snarky magazine) appears to be somewhat of a masquerade, not comporting with reasonable standards of intellectual rigor or honesty. It is smug and flippant where it should be serious and respectful; and hidebound and secretive where it should be open and transparent.
