No one has to lead me to believe anything. I have seen with my own eyes how people can behave when it has to do with something they passionately believe in. No you aren't the only one, but this lady isn't the only one who has been harassed for not breastfeeding. They have posted their experiences on this page. As I said before. People are willing to do almost anything to get their point across to someone the vehemently disagree with.
