"Toast"
by jade7243

I rarely follow conventional wisdom. I prefer to look at the facts as they are rather than how someone would like them to be.

That said, prior to the Potomac Primary results being counted tonight, Barack Obama has won 19 states and Virgin Islands. He has raised $32 million in one month, on track to do the same in February. His campaign team is intact. His campaign message unchanged. His coalition is growing.

Hillary Clinton has won 9 states. Her campaign came close to running out of money, save for a "loan" she gave her campaign from "her" money. She fired her campaign manager. Every week there is a different theme to the campaign. She has resorted to playing the race and gender cards repeatedly. Her excuses for not doing better in the campaign is to blame African American voters, claiming caucuses disenfranchise her voters (but no one else'), claim that only big, blue states count.

I don't buy your wisdom either. The Clinton campaign will soon be over. She is not inevitable. She is "toast."
