So you think McCain is the president most qualified to stop an enemy that still needs killing? You do realize that the majority of the violence in Iraq is done Iraqi to Iraqi, don't you? That the top Al Queda people are along the borders of Afganistan and Pakistan? That 9/11 was perpetrated by Saudi Arabians, a country which do to the roots of its creation pays for a series of schools that teach the radical Islam responsible for such anti-west ferver? Also that Our actions in the middle east (and quantanamo) have increased the anti-west sentiment and as such have raised rather than lowered the number of jihadists out there? The terrorist problem is as much social and political as it is military. Not that I'm against killing terrorists, I'm for killing terrorists, but but showing our might and resolve solves nothing against an enemy who is willing to kill themselves for what they believe in.

How much did the body count statistic help us in Vietnam? The more we killed, the more they recruited.
