Actually, this young man has a good case to sue THEM for sexual harrassment. They have created an uncomfortable working environment for him that appears to be based solely upon his gender. The fact that his boss "misunderstood" his reference to his girlfriend to "interpret" it as him being a pedophile is deliberately offensive. I agree he should leave and find a new job, but I would definitely pursue some legal action against them.

BTW, I am a woman and a feminist - true feminism means equal rights for EVERYONE!
