This isn't a question about whether the medical marijuana addresses hiring practices. It doesn't, it's a medical law concerning allowable treatments. I doubt laws permitting/governing other treatments address whether one can be fired for using them either. There are worker protection laws that address arbitrary firing for a medical condition. The court response fails to properly address the relevant laws.
