I appreciate the impetus to expand to video, but I have yet to completely view any of them because they jump ahead to the next about 11 seconds in (roughly the time for full load) of the video one currently watches. Also, I am one of the still-extant dinosaur commuters who like to print out content to read in transit.

I am remain a firm supporter of Slate and support your efforts to add value to your content, but perhaps a transcribed option would suffice for those viewers who prefer the text.
