So basically what you're saying is, we're damned for being imperfect, even though created by a perfect being, so we must grovel for forgiveness from this perfect being for being behaving in precisely the manner created.
And because of this, you can't really accept that a non-believer could ever be more virtuous than a believer, because the act of groveling for forgiveness outweighs any other behavior, no matter how virtuous, or the quality of one's character, regardless of how virtuous.

So, given that you've stopped making sense, why should I pay any credence your assertion that homosexual desire is like any carnal desire - something to be resisted (except in this case, without any possible sanctioned outlet).
I must say, however, I am seeing a certain parallel here. On a not-so-side note, what would you say to the contention that relying on grace for salvation discourages moral development?
