The fact is whatever IQ means or doesn't mean, few are going to listen unless social solutions are put forth along with IQ data. The approach of scientific IQ proponents (Rushton et al.) is that the data they compile is meaningful, but they rarely elaborate on any specific social policies that may be implicated (except for Rushton who attends events associated with Supremacists, Seperatists, and Nazis making it clear where his heart is).
The truth is, IQ data is far from complete. The paucity of studies on and selection bias of studies conducted on Asians, Africans, and Jews leaves the debate wide open. The vast majority of studies have been conducted on American and European Whites. The Rushton's of the world ignore or omit these glaring facts.
Considering that Africans have the greatest genetic diversity, it's quite probable that they have the greatest group fluctuations in group IQ. In other words, there may be African populations with the highest and lowest IQs on earth.
What is Rushton's rebuttal to <link> ?
