Sexism In America (Against Men)
by techresmgt
The question was posed by the author "Why no campaigns against Saudi Arabia's institutionalized sexism"? Probably for the same reasons that sexism against men is not vilified in the same way women demand sexism against women to be ended and vilified in this country. Oh, I can hear the women groaning and whining already, but I don't really care. My questions are mainly rhetorical but thought provoking nonetheless. I was one of those guys back in the day rallying "for" the women, equal rights, equal pay and equal treatment. Now that women have achieved most of the things they wanted to achieve, they now seem to expect "special consideration" at the same time they are whining about equal rights. Seems they still think working at a job is "ground breaking material". My mother had her own business in 1952. What is new about women working or running a business? Not one thing, but it sounds good. In my opinion, the NOW organization has become an afront to the very ideals they supposedly fight for. Women are so blatantly sexist against American men it is disgusting; and women defend it. The NAACP espouses to erradicate racism against "people of color", but fight the fight for those of color only. The NOW organization and women generally espouse to erradicate worldwide sexism, but fight for sexism against women only. Organizations around the world, generally run by women, supposedly want to end spousal and domestic abuse, but defend the women only. See the problem? It is called hypocrisy and it is alive and well in America. An Afro American lady who also happened to have her Ph.D in mental psychology once told me, "the only way to manipulate people is by confusing them". She is so right. Many men are being manipulated and better wake up, quick, fast, and in a hurry. The Saudi's bowed to political pressure in this rape case, they didn't change course because it was the right thing to do. If they thought it was the right thing to do, they would not have sentenced the woman to 200 lashes in the first place. Whomever came up with the idea of a "war of the sexes" should have his/her collective butt kicked. It serves no one. We have enough wars going on as it is. Women have always had expectations of men supporting them at every level. Men should expect and get the same support from women, if not, turn about is fair play.
