Re: The Economist on atheism in America

Thanx for: After all, it seems that they all acknowledge the Big Bang Theory as the standard phrase they use is "but what created the Big Bang?!" (usually in a snotty and condescending manner I've noticed as well)..."

My question is this

If an entity, "god", or whatever you may call it, created the universe, who or what created that entity? If an entity is required to create, then the creationism theory fails in that "god" also required a creator, and that creator also required a creator, ad infinitum, ad nauseum. So, in fact, creationism is the theists' own version of the big bang theory in that their existence came from the non-existent.
