Huge populations are no longer needed due to modernisation.As Transboy just said all races will be around in that regard.Blacks are obviously the lowest race in terms of intelligence or any organisational ability.They are truely genetic dead ends.Any walk through black neighborhoods in Brazil,USA or Africa will tell you that.As history tells us these populations which are geneticly inferior do not last in the long run no matter how numerous they are at one time.Some plague or calamity wipes them out eventually and quite quickly because they cannot deal with it. I would not put it past the Chinese to decide eventually to have an Africa without Africans.It would probably be less trouble to import the workers directly from China. The Chinese are very bottom line and know their history well. They know that the Whites in America spread plague among the American Indians by giving them diseased blankets and that the Indians were unable to combat the disease because they could not figure out how to combat it.As I said before everything from genetics to history to technology in moving quickly and only those races smart enough( Whites and Asians) will survive.
