So perhaps I'm not alone in seeing the irony of someone complaining about a film in which their gender is portrayed as being too serious and not sufficiently light-hearted and quirky? Perhaps there's a little more of Alison and Debbie in our female reviewer and her colleagues than she would care to admit.
