It is not about cultural competition. I thought I made that clear. I'm talking about a population of white people, folks who have an ancestral backround from Europe, who can not speak of pride in their fellow Euro-Americans, that is, white people. Others can do it, why not white people?

See, here's the trouble; Multiculturalism is all the rage. Black folks rejoice in their heritage. Why can't white folks have the green light to do the same thing? Is multiculturalism just for a select few or is it going to be something that everyone can participate in?

Have you bothered to read any of the responses in this thread? This has been addressed many times over. We celebrate Euro-American history everywhere, all the time. Get a grip.
