That's the most stereotypical and ignorant view of Christianity I've ever heard. God is perfect and knew when the world was made, that I would be sitting here on this specific computer talking to you about Him. He knows everything and His plan is perfect. He doesn't need to change His plan because He knows when we are going to pray for something; His plan accomodates for every action we take because He knows everything we will do. It's not hubris, it's faith. The devil didn't make you do it? Wow, that's a first. Oh wait...GOD made you do it!? That makes PERFECT sense. We sane people (which does include Christians) believe in a little something called free will. Everything we do is our choice; God doesn't make us do things, He simply knows what we are going to do. That is the master plan: our choices.
