Re Collaborationist Hamas
by pace pace

Since Israel had a hand in instigating Hamas as a counter weight agains Arafat, and since Hamas fulfill Israel's endless need to have a non negotiationist partner in its rationale for occupation... wouldn't it appear as if the Election of Hamas (tainted by the discouragement and strangulation of the P.C. preceding) way the actual collaborationist moment?

Doesn't the pairing of Hamas and the Israeli rightwing actually serve the zionist cause far better than the support for a seemingly cooperative, albeit questionable Fatah-led (internally exiled) half-loaf solution?

The suggestion that support for Hamas now=Peace and justice and the end to the occupation is absurd. Hamas like the occupation- every bit as much as the Israeli Right does. Those are your collaborating evils- not the demnand OF THE PEOPLE to shed the Hamas albatross.
