People have various motivations, the most credible sounding of "experts" sometimes view the world through a grossly distorted lens, and even though identifiable bias does not necessarily make someone wrong, it certainly undermines credibility (as does identification of those in admiration).

"Politically Correct" is the term people use when they are attempting to disown their own indecency. It's much more conveniently pejorative than "respectful."

Racism is alive and well in America, it seems, though it's messengers not always so obvious.

But wow, they can sure sound convincing, can't they?
