The Deceptive Chefs
by MommaHorn

As a mother of 4 kids ages 7 and under, I understand the lack of will of kids to eat veggies. For some amazing reason, my three boys LOVE broccolli (I believe I just happened to proffess how big and strong it made them at just the right time) - and I would tell them AS THEY ARE EATING how I can SEE THEM GROWING.

For the times when broccolli has worn out its welcome, I give them what they like and a little of what I like. I insist that they try it (sometimes they act like they might throw up or die), but eventually they will add more to their list of likes, I am confident.

My kids know what is healthy, what is not, and they LIKE to eat the things that are healthier for them in general because it makes them feel proud or smart. BUT what kid doesn't LOVE to get a mouthful of whipped cream straight out of the can from time to time???

Who would ruin that with spinach brownies???!!!!
