They are no differant than any Company or Department in a City or Federal environment..there is nothing "unique" about them..

Consider the NYC Police Dept./or the United States ARMY..Blackwater is no more the ISSUE of Right over Wrong on any instrument thats available..they are exactly the same..

Consider the wishes of President Bush that no one COOKS the BOOKS..Blackwater in its silly attempt at Super-Human-Strength really offers a place to COOK the BOOKS...
