The gun incident occured because the white kid stopped at a store in a neighborhood with a majority black population and was accosted by the 3 black youths upon leaving said store. He attempted to retrieve a shotgun from his truck but the 3 black kids managed to get it away from him as he exited the truck.

Question for you elshabazz7; If I attempted to kill someone by shooting them with a gun but missed, am I guilty of attempted murder? By your logic since my target was not harmed, no crime occured.
