universe. It is not divided into parts called "scientific" and "spiritual" except in our imagination. The same can be said for the truth. I don't know much about God talk but I cannot believe in a God who would punish a person for seeking the truth. To maintain that it is wrong to seek the truth through scientific means is to maintain that seeking the truth is against the will of God. There is no way around this. Sounds more like Moloch to me.
